Coach Carla has helped many women navigate this transition and offers bespoke training plans, accountability, and weekly online or face-to-face sessions. With 5-star Google reviews and eight marathons completed between the ages of 40 and 48, she brings both lived experience and expert knowledge. Carla coaches exercise and nutrition with a supportive, enjoyable approach that makes workouts feel achievable—and even fun.

Exercise is one of the most powerful tools available for managing menopause symptoms, supporting long-term health, and feeling strong and empowered at midlife.
