Group Fitness Sessions for all ages and abilities. Including Circuits, Kettlebells, HiiT and general Strength Training.
45 minute sessions, for those who want to focus on cardio & strength training.
The Running Package
x10 sessions, planned around your running goals. 45 minutes in length includes a plan for 5k, 10k or specific goal
