Solfit Group Training is built for people who want effective, structured workouts that actually fit around a hectic schedule. Training three times a week, each session blends HIIT, strength training, and circuit-style work to help you build fitness, increase energy, and feel strong in a fun, supportive environment.
Why Three Sessions a Week?
The mix of training styles is entirely intentional. Cardio and HIIT improve your stamina and heart health, strength work builds lean muscle and fires up your metabolism, and core-focused exercises improve your posture and make everyday movement feel easier. Three sessions a week also gives your body the time it needs to recover and adapt, so you're making consistent progress without burning out.
You'll leave every session feeling better than when you walked in.
