Running Form Analysis
Every session begins with a detailed analysis of your running form, looking at your posture, cadence, stride mechanics, foot strike, and arm movement to understand how you move and identify where there's room to improve. Video analysis may also be used to spot patterns that could be holding you back or increasing your injury risk.
You'll leave with clear, practical feedback and coaching cues you can apply straight away so you can run more efficiently, build speed and endurance and reduce unnecessary strain on your body.
